Covid Update

Dear Customers,

 

In light of the recent government guidelines I am afraid to say that we are once again closed to the general public. The vast majority of our work is to design and supply to the self build and renovation of private homes. We will continue to remain open for those in need of our expertise in these areas and for the collection of orders for our existing customers.

Our 1500ft two level, open plane showroom allows us the luxury of being able to meet with clients while efficiently abiding to the social distancing rules. We have procured measurements in place in order to protect both our employees and clients, such as, sanitiser at constant disposal, a new booking system and social distancing meetings whether they be via online chats or in person. Please read below for more details. For lockdown only we are offering our design services free of charge to local projects above 25sqm (30 mile radius, 1st come basis) and our maximum discount across all ranges of products.

Safety Measurements


It is essential that we all abide to the Government rules to ensure that we can overcome the Coronavirus together. Here at Prewer & Orsborn we have put in place many Safety Measurements so that we can still offer our services.
 

  • At our entrance we have hand sanitiser, disposable gloves, face masks and disinfectant spray available so that everyone can sanitise upon arrival and before leaving.

  • Infra red personal, touch-less temperature gauge for you to check your own temperture will be available.

  • We have set up our conference areas following the 2m social distancing rules.

  • We have also set in place a new appointment booking system which will allow customers to book at ease, whether it be to simply browse our showroom or for a direct consultation with myself.


New Booking System
Our new booking system will allow time between each appointment so that we can safely sanitise all areas, so we please ask that if you arrive early to your appointment that you could wait outside until notified to come in. As we are short staffed due to furlough, we recommend that you book an appointment to enable yourselves with a one to one session with of our consultants. How In-Person Meetings Will Work

  • Date and time will be confirmed for when best suits you.

  • Upon arrival please wait outside until notified to come in. This allows time for proper sanitisation of all areas and will prevent you from crossing paths with other customers.

  • By the entrance will be sanitiser for customers to use both before entering and leaving the building.

  • Our consultation area has been set up with the correct precautions in place.
